Art Nouveau was an international stylistic movement developed in several countries, including Portugal. The first records that appeared in the city of Lisbon were several illustrations and it gradually influenced other artistic creations, partculary the tiles, fresco painting, stained glass and painting on glass. In this article we will focus on these works made in Lisbon, its foreign artistic influences, its characteristics and originality in the Art Nouveau panorama.
